The İbrahim Çeçen Foundation's mission is to contribute to solving Türkiye's education and health problems and raising its culture and welfare. In line with this goal, the province of Ağrı, where IC Holding founder İbrahim Çeçen was born and raised, was chosen as the pilot region. The İbrahim Çeçen Foundation continues its activities in cooperation with various organizations and institutions to contribute to solving the problems of our country.
Since 2005, IC İbrahim Çeçen Foundation has been supporting young athletes in various branches with sports scholarships to encourage youth to play sports. It also provides sponsorship support to various local and national sports organizations.
Within the scope of investments in education, the following institutions have been donated to Türkiye's education system:
Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen Primary School in Ağrı started education in 1986 with 25 classrooms for 1400 children.
Nezahat Çeçen Primary School, located in Erzincan province, started its educational activities in 1992;
Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University was opened in 2009 to provide education for 20,000 students in the short term.
The most important indicator of İbrahim Çeçen's contribution to education in Türkiye is Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University, which started its educational activities in the 2009-2010 academic year.

İbrahim Çeçen Scholarships
İbrahim Çeçen, who places great importance on education, has given scholarships to thousands of students since 1987 until the establishment of the IC Foundation. In the years 2017 to 2018, 2185 university students are receiving scholarships from the IC Foundation. Following the establishment of the Foundation, scholarships have continued to be awarded to successful but financially challenged students all over Türkiye.
June 2006 marked the beginning of a philanthropic project in which philanthropic individuals and organizations were brought together with students in financial difficulty to provide 106 scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students.
The ongoing project brings together volunteers who do not know how to reach students and students who are selected according to their preferred criteria:
Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) Trainings: The scope of the NGO trainings was civil society and volunteering, philanthropy and civil society movements.
Civil society and volunteering, philanthropy and civil society movements.
Vocational Training Courses: İbrahim Çeçen Foundation organizes vocational training courses in order to find solutions to unemployment, which is the biggest problem in the Ağrı pilot region.
Personal Development Seminars: Many personal seminars have been organized to contribute to the personal development of our scholarship students.
Foreign Language Courses and College Preparatory Courses: In certain periods, İbrahim Çeçen Foundation cooperates with various organizations to send the students of the foundation to foreign language courses.
Internships: İbrahim Çeçen Foundation offers internship opportunities every year in order to prepare successful students for the business environment and at the same time contribute to their personal development.
