According to the statement made by CCN Holding Board Member Attorney Berfin Çeçen Şenol; According to TurkStat labor force statistics, only 9 million of the 31 million women in the working age group in our country are working and women’s participation in employment remains at the level of 30 percent. In other words, only 30 out of every 100 women are included in the labor force. CCN Holding is committed to gender equality while creating employment and 45 percent of its 5,490 employees are women. In line with this understanding, CCN Holding strengthened its team with two female executives, one of whom is independent, and increased the number of women serving on the Board of Directors to four.
