Bilkent Integrated Health Campus project - completion activities

In 2017, we continued as DIA Holding abroad and CCN Group in Turkey.
Our Mersin City Hospital, Turkey's first largest city hospital built and opened with the first Public-Private Partnership Model has started service.
With the "RFID-based inventory management and location tracking system" application we realized in Mersin City Hospital, our project was awarded in the category of "Best RFID application in healthcare services of 2017".

On May 12, 2016, CCN Group was founded.
Our Bilkent Integrated Health Campus Project won the "Silver Award" in the Best Healthcare Project category by Parternerships Awards.
Our Bilkent Integrated Health Campus Project was selected as the "Healthcare Service Contract of the Year" in the Project Finance Contracts of the Year category by World Finance Awards.
Gaziantep Integrated Health Campus Project signed an EPC Contract.
The Public Health Institution of Turkey and Turkish Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency Project, which will be the only complex with the highest bio-security level laboratories in Turkey, was taken over.
CCN Health Group, the leading service provider of large integrated health campuses established through the Public-Private Partnership ("PPP") model in Turkey, was established.

The largest volume of financial closure in health campus projects tendered through the Public Private Partnership model in Turkey was realized with the participation of seven banks.
Our Bilkent Integrated Health Campus Project was awarded Contract of the Year-Turkey by PFI, Best Social Development Contract (CEE) and Best Healthcare Contract (EMEA) in the Project Finance category by EMEA Finance.
We received the Infrastructure Financing Contract of the Year award from Bonds, Loans & Sukuk.

Our Baku Flame Towers Project, the symbol of Baku, was completed.
Our Mersin Integrated Health Campus Project won the Best PPP Contract (CEE) award in the Project Finance category by EMEA Finance.
Building and Land Services: We established DİAMAK Makine Havacılık ve Lojistik A.Ş. to provide services in building construction, building services, user health and facilities, furniture and equipment integrity.
We established Mersin City Hospital Clinical Support Service Provider MDB Company in partnership with Bozlu A.Ş.

We officially opened our Baku Haydar Aliyev Center, the cultural center of Azerbaijan.
Our Baku Flame Towers Project won the "Best Hotel and Tourism Complex" award by MIPIM.
We realized the first financial close in the health campus projects tendered with the Public Private Partnership Model in Turkey.
We completed Phase-1 of the Baku Shahdag Summer-Winter Ski Complex Project.

Within a short period of time after our establishment, we started to take our place in ENR Magazine's International Contractors List.
Our Mersin Integrated Health Campus Project was taken over from our City Hospitals project carried out by the Ministry of Health with the Public-Private Partnership Model.

Our Baku Premium Villas Project has been completed.
We were deemed worthy of the Design award by Wallpaper magazine with our Baku Haydar Aliyev Center Project.
We were awarded with the tender for our Bilkent Integrated Health Campus Project, the world's largest health campus with 3800 beds built on a single contract and Europe's largest health campus built with the Public-Private Partnership model in Türkiye.

Groundbreaking for Baku Premium Villas.
The second phase of Bilgeh Villas was started.

Our Baku Shahdag Summer-Winter Ski Complex Project, which we plan to be operational for four seasons and is one of the largest ski centers, has started.
