Murat ÇEÇEN
Chair of the Board
Murat Çeçen graduated from Bilkent University, Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design. In Azerbaijan, he pioneered the realization of important projects such as Baku Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center and Flame Towers, the work of Zaha Hadid, one of the greatest architects of all time. In 2007, he founded CCN Holding, which has undertaken important projects such as Ankara Bilkent City Hospital, the largest hospital in Europe, and Mersin City Hospital, which is the first project in Türkiye to sign a financing agreement under the public-private partnership (PPP) model.
Today, Murat Çeçen is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of CCN Holding, which continues its activities in many different sectors. He is also a Board Member of IC Holding, which operates in many fields such as construction, tourism, airport, and marina management.
Azer HAVLİOĞLU

Azer Havlioğlu graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2006. Between 2008-2009, she completed her Master's Degree in International Trade at the State University of New York Maritime College. Between 2008 and 2013, she provided legal consultancy in the fields of Mergers and Acquisitions, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Contracts Law, Build-Operate-Transfer Model Projects and Construction Law.
In 2013, she started to work as a lawyer at CCN Holding and assumed the positions of Senior Lawyer and Legal Coordinator in the following years. Azer Havlioğlu heads the Legal Department of CCN Holding and continues to serve as a Board Member at CCN Holding, CCN Ankara Sağlık, CCN Mersin Sağlık, and TEEN Technic companies.
Berfin ÇEÇEN ŞENOL

Berfin Çeçen Şenol graduated from İhsan Doğramacı Bilkent University, Department of Law. She completed her Master's Degree in Law at Queen Mary University of London.
In 2021, she started working as a lawyer at CCN Holding and continues to serve as a Board Member of CCN Holding. Berfin Çeçen Şenol is also a Board Member of CCN Health, CCN Security, CCN Clinic, CCN Service, Infera and CCN Education.

Board Member
Mehmet Ali Bayar received his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Economics from New York University. Bayar served as a Foreign Policy Advisor to Süleyman Demirel during his Prime Ministerial and Presidential terms. After serving as Undersecretary at the Washington Embassy, Bayar entered politics and served as the Chairman of the Democratic Türkiye Party.

Nilgün Kitapcı graduated from Anadolu University, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations in 1999. She started her career in Human Resources at Bayındır Construction, and took senior positions in Human Resources, Corporate Communication and Quality processes at Meteksan Sistem, IC Holding, IC İçtaş İnşaat, Çalık Enerji and Kalyon Holding.
In 2023, Nilgün Kitapcı started to work as a Board Member at CCN Holding, leading CCN Holding Human Resources, Procurement, Corporate Communications and Audit functions, and continues to work as a Board Member at CCN Holding, CCN Ankara Health, CCN Mersin Health, CCN Service, CCN Security and CCN Clinic companies.
