Ankara Health
Ankara City Hospital Bilkent is one of the largest projects for which a financing agreement has been signed in Türkiye.
Eight local and foreign banks have provided project financing loans for the financing of Ankara City Hospital Bilkent, which is planned to be opened in phases by 2018.
Ankara City Hospital Bilkent, the largest Public-Private Partnership project in the healthcare sector in Türkiye and the world's largest hospital built in one piece, received the Best Infrastructure Financing Award among 100 nominees at the Bonds & Loans Turkey Awards-2015. The project also came second in the Best Project Finance of the Year and Best Syndicated Loan of the Year categories, winning awards in the three categories for which it was nominated. The project also received the Deal of the Year Award in the Middle East and Africa category at the Project Finance International (PFI) Awards-2015.
CCN Biyomedikal will be responsible for all planning, technical infrastructure determination and implementation control, logistics activities and procurement, CCN Teknik will provide building and land services, extraordinary maintenance, shared services, textiles, furniture and furnishings, ground and garden maintenance and other medical team support services, while CCN Servis will provide disinfection, cleaning, security, laundry, administrative office, waste management, parking, catering, patient guidance and escort, reception and transportation services for the Ankara City Hospital located in Bilkent.
Mersin Health
Mersin City Hospital is the first project for which a financing agreement has been signed among the projects envisaged to be realized in Türkiye through the Public-Private Partnership Model (PPP). Inaugurated on February 03, 2017 with the participation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and President Binali Yıldırım, Mersin City Hospital is the first and largest PPP project to be opened.
The Mersin City Hospital project was recognized as the "Best PPP Project" in the Central and Eastern Europe region in 2014 by EMEA Finance, the prestigious magazine of the finance world. For the financing of this project, a project finance loan of EUR 270 million was obtained from three domestic and foreign banks.

The Turkish National Public Health Agency and Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency project, which CCN Group has undertaken with the Public-Private Partnership model, is currently in the investment phase. Ankara City Hospital Bilkent is one of the largest healthcare projects in Turkey funded through a financing deal.
Financing for Ankara City Hospital Bilkent, which is slated for opening in 2018 in phases, has been secured from eight local and foreign banks.
Ankara Bilkent City Hospital, which is the largest Public-Private Partnership project in health in Turkey and has the title of being the largest hospital in world constructed as one piece; received the Best Infrastructure Finance Award among 100 candidates by the Bonds & Loans Turkey Awards-2015. The project also ranked second in the Best Project Financing of the Year and the Best Syndication Loan of the Year categories, and won awards in all three fields where it was nominated. The project has also been recognized with Deal of the Year Award in the Middle East and Africa category at the 2015 Project Finance International (PFI) Awards.
All planning for Ankara City Hospital located in the Bilkent district as well as identifying the technical infrastructure requirements, overseeing applications, logistic operations and procurement will be undertaken by CCN Biomedical while CCN Technical will carry out building and land services, extraordinary maintenance, joint services, textiles, furniture and fixtures, maintenance and care of grounds and gardens, and other medical team support services. Meanwhile, CCN Service will provide a variety of services including fumigations, cleaning, laundry, administrative office, waste management, car park, catering, patient guidance, and mobility services.
Mersin Health
Mersin City Hospital is the first among the projects within the scope of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Model to be funded through a financing deal. Opened on February 3, 2017 with a ceremony attended by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım, Mersin City Hospital is also the first and largest PPP of its kind to be launched so far.
In 2014, Mersin City Hospital was recognized with the “Best PPP Project” award in the Middle East and Eastern Europe region at the EMEA Finance awards presented by the prestigious eponymous magazine. Project financing amounting to €270 million was provided by three local and foreign banks.
